The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 goals that provide a common plan to tackle some of the most pressing challenges facing our world.
Essentially the SDGs are a universal call to action to protect the planet, end poverty and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity. The SDGs were adopted in 2015 by governments around the world, including New Zealand.
Reel Earth aims to connect our community to the UN SDGs. Each Reel Earth film brings a focus to a number of sustainable development challenges we all face.
